What is included in the 30-day trial?
The trial includes the capabilities of the package you select, including personal Training & Deployments or the applicable team and Operations workspace.
Is a credit card required?
No. A credit card is not required to start a trial.
Can I only trial TrueSAR once?
Yes. One free trial is available per individual or organization.
What happens when the trial expires?
Your historical records remain available. New records cannot be created until the service is activated or reactivated.
Do I lose my records?
No. Historical records, reports, and permitted exports remain available after expiration.
Can I reactivate later?
Yes. Sign in, choose reactivation or purchase, and TrueSAR will preserve the existing account and workspace.
What happens to my agency workspace?
The workspace remains available in read-only mode with historical records, reports, and permitted exports. New activity requires reactivation.
What is a TrueSAR account number?
TrueSAR assigns a permanent account number after successful account creation. It is not generated in the browser.
Is pricing annual?
Yes. TrueSAR packages are priced annually in USD. The current rate card is shown on the Pricing page.
What counts as a user?
A user is a person with access to the applicable TrueSAR workspace. Assets do not consume user seats.
What if my organization grows?
Move to the next published Team or Operations size when your organization needs more seats. Contact TrueSAR for changes beyond 100 users.
How do Team seat limits work?
Team packages are available for up to 5, 15, 25, 50, or 100 users. Choose the smallest band that covers your organization.
Does Operations include Training & Deployments?
Yes. Operations includes the complete applicable Training & Deployments product plus mission operations, Desktop, Cloud, K9 capabilities, accountability, SAL, Mission Files, mapping, and reporting.
Can tax-exempt organizations purchase?
Organizations can request tax-exempt status during intake. Verification is required before tax-exempt purchase treatment is applied.
Can I request a demo instead?
Yes. Contact TrueSAR for a focused conversation about your needs.
What happens for more than 100 users?
100+ users or unusual deployment requirements are handled as a Custom package. Contact sales@truesar.com.
Do volunteer or nonprofit organizations receive a standard discount?
TrueSAR standard organization pricing is designed with volunteer and public-safety organizations in mind. Organizations with unique circumstances may contact sales@truesar.com to discuss available options.
Which applications are included with my package?
Individual and Team packages use Cloud access for records and reporting. Operations also includes the Windows Desktop command-post workstation. Mobile is In Development.
Are external services such as CalTopo included?
No. External mapping, tracking, and other subscriptions are separate from TrueSAR and are not included in the published packages.
